Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
Draft / preview. This document is a working draft for product development and is not legal advice. Final terms are pending review by qualified counsel before mainnet launch and may change materially.
This policy explains what data Null Project processes. We minimise data collection and do not perform KYC.
1. What we process
- Wallet address & on-chain activity — public by nature of the blockchain; used to display your positions and rewards.
- IP address — for geo-restriction screening and security; not used to identify you personally.
- Nickname — if you join the affiliate programme, shown on leaderboards.
- Usage analytics — aggregate, privacy-respecting metrics to improve the product.
2. What we do not collect
No names, government IDs, or KYC documents. We do not sell personal data.
3. Local storage
We use browser local storage for UI state (e.g. wallet session, affiliate binding cache). This stays on your device.
4. Third parties
We rely on infrastructure providers such as RPC nodes, WalletConnect, a blockchain indexer, and analytics. These may process technical data (e.g. IP, wallet address) to provide their services.
5. Retention & your rights
On-chain data is permanent and outside our control. Off-chain data is retained only as needed. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or deletion of off-chain data we hold about you.
